  • Review amendments when services, providers or information handling change.
  • Record each approved version and its review date.

This review record is maintained manually and does not update automatically when the page is visited.

Who we are

AxonTerra Limited operates this service. Correspondence may be addressed to the Privacy Lead, AxonTerra Limited, Exchange at Somerset House, Strand, London, WC2R 1LA. This is a correspondence address; registered company details and a dedicated privacy email will be confirmed before public launch.

This website

The forms create a draft of your enquiry in your browser. They do not submit it to AxonTerra Limited, create a member account, perform identity checks or upload documents. Drafts are kept in memory while the page is open; if you choose “Save on this device”, they are retained in your browser until you clear them or clear the site’s browser storage. You choose whether to copy or download your draft.

Do not include identity-document details, financial records, sensitive personal data or confidential transaction details in these forms. The site does not use marketing analytics or advertising trackers. The website’s hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, including access and security logs. The hosting provider and its data-handling arrangements must be confirmed in this notice before public launch.

When information is shared with us

If you separately share an enquiry with AxonTerra Limited, it may contain your name, business contact details, organisation, role, interests and the information you choose to provide. The purpose is to assess and respond to the brief, manage the relationship and consider relevant introductions. Details of any additional systems, recipients and safeguards will be confirmed in an updated notice before new services are enabled.

Purpose and lawful basis

The lawful bases considered for each activity are steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of an agreed service, and legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing professional relationships. A legitimate-interests assessment must support that basis. We rely on a legal obligation only where one applies. Consent is used where required, with a way to withdraw it.

Sources and sharing

Information may come directly from you, an authorised representative, a trusted referral or relevant, publicly available professional sources. When information is obtained indirectly, the source and relevant privacy information will be provided as required. Disclosure to counterparties and advisers is limited to the agreed purpose and lawful basis. Service providers and any international transfer arrangements must be identified before the relevant processing begins.

Keeping information

Browser drafts remain under your control as described above. For information separately received by the business, retention will depend on whether the brief is active, the agreed service, applicable record-keeping duties and the period needed to establish or defend claims. Retention periods and the reasons for keeping information must be recorded and reviewed before additional enquiry systems or member services are enabled.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Requests can be addressed to the Privacy Lead at the correspondence address above; please provide enough information to identify the relevant relationship without sending unnecessary identity documents.

You can object to direct marketing at any time. The enquiry forms do not subscribe you to a mailing list. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated processing on this website.

Concerns and complaints

You may raise concerns with us and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not need to contact us first to exercise your right to complain to the ICO.
